Alright all you computer geeks. I could use a little (okay, lots) of help. I have transferred my harddrive from an iMac to a Mac mini. However! The only way I can access those files and programs is by logging out and logging in as a different user. What have I done?

So I want to know....
How to I erase that second identy?

How do I get all those files and things from my old Mac into the new Mac without having to log in as someone else?

I followed the directions for using the Fire Wire transfer, and this is the result.

Yes, my deepest apologies that I can't help you. I've never touched a Mac, though I'm sure they're pretty neat. The Ingrams are Mac-owners and supporters; have you tried asking them? I think they might be the most knowledgeable on the subject.
